Cope Trial – Ongoing Recruitment

Physical distancing has disrupted our typical activities for taking care of our well-being and health.

The goal of the COvid-19 Pandemic and Exercise (COPE) Trial is to discover whether people who become physically active at home improve in their well-being and health.

Our team is investigating if the use of a mobile app, Down Dog, provided free to participants, can significantly improve the well-being and health of individuals during the COVID-19 mandated order to physically distance. Down Dog provides a variety of physical activities appropriate for home workouts, like high intensity interval training and yoga.
