Dr. Eli Puterman recently sat down with CBC’s Gloria Macarenko to discuss the findings of the FAST Lab’s COVID-19 Pandemic and Exercise for Health Care Workers Trial. This study found that an app-based exercise intervention was able to reduce depressive symptoms in healthcare workers. The results were recently published in JAMA Psychiatry.
